Aluminum frame – sturdy, durable, and reusable
What can be done if a classic wooden frame isn't sturdy enough?
Or if you're looking for a frame you can use again and again?
Then our aluminum frames with a wooden strip are the ideal solution! The frame consists of 100% solid aluminum and a wooden strip on the back, allowing for easy stretching of various painting surfaces.
Our aluminum frames are available in three basic profiles:
- 2535 – 2,5 × 3,5 cm
- 2740 – 2,7 × 4,0 cm
- 3260 – 3,2 × 6,0 cm
Every aluminum frame is manufactured as standard with four diagonal corner reinforcements and, depending on the format, additionally reinforced with a central brace, a cross brace, or a double cross brace. The advantages at a glance:
- optimal stability and distortion-free
- particularly lightweight and easy to transport
- precise retightening with an Allen key
- durable and reusable
- Custom formats with millimeter precision up to 6 m in side length
- easy to stretch thanks to the wooden strip on the back
- Various profile depths and special profiles available upon request.
