What information should the email include to ensure an accurate quote?

1. The exact pickup address (including phone number)

2. The exact destination address (including phone number)

3. A list of the items to be transported, including their dimensions (photos can also be helpful).

4. Is transport the only service required, or should we also handle the packaging and securing of the items for transit?

5. The specific date (excluding Sundays and public holidays!)

We primarily can carry out transport services within Berlin and across Germany. However, we can offer also to arrange transport to neighboring countries such as France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria. We use a Mercedes Sprinter for these services.
