Acrylic Gouache is made with the best raw materials and a very high content of art pigments in a copolymer emulsion. The formula of these quality paints has been developed to achieve maximum coverage, purity and durability.
All colors are completely lightfast and dry quickly to a matte and waterproof finish; they can be painted over within a few minutes. Acrylic gouache has a smooth and creamy consistency. Due to their thixotropic formulation, the colors become more fluid when stirred or shaken. They are very easy to apply and dry to a uniform, flat surface without leaving traces of brushstrokes. They can be used on all surfaces, including metals and plastics.
The colors can be mixed with each other or with acrylic paints, or diluted with water to create watercolor effects. Acrylic gouache is used in fine art when a completely flat, opaque surface is required, and as poster paint in graphics, design and illustration.
The paints have an ideal consistency for use with stencils and screen prints. The painting tools are cleaned with water or alcohol when the paint has dried.
