Schmincke Turpentine Substitute (50019)

Solvent mixture with similar properties as turpentine oil (50024, 50102). Mild odour. Thins oil paints, oil auxiliaries and varnishes based on white spirit. Incompatible with alcohol varnishes. Dissolves dammar resin, but not mastic.

Processing information

    Thins oil-based paints and oil auxiliaries.
    Thins white spirit-based varnishes, but is incompatible with alcohol-based varnishes.
    Dissolves numerous natural resins (e.g. dammar and mastic) and synthetic resins.
    Cleans tools such as brushes or pallets used in oil painting.
    Close container immediately after use.
    Store in a cool and dry place.
    Individual pre-tests are recommended.

Unit sizes: 60 ml, 200 ml and 1000 ml.

Ingredients: Turpentine.
