Create your own medium or make your paint richer with Cobra's water-soluble safflower oil and linseed oil. These oils increase the flow and transparency of the paint.
The difference between the two is that linseed oil dries faster compared to safflower oil. Considering the drying time, we recommend using linseed oil for the bottom layers of your painting. Although linseed oil will yellow slightly over time, it provides a more stable paint film. Safflower oil does not yellow, which is why it is best used for the top layers of your painting.
