Jute is a tear-resistant, robust natural fabric with a coarse structure and is produced in a simple linen weave. Linen weave is the simplest and certainly the oldest weave: yarns of the same size are woven together in warp and weft direction. The result is an even grid that looks the same from the right and left. Due to its long fibres, linen is extremely tear-resistant. High air permeability and absorbency are just a few of the many properties of these fabrics.
